Employees are equipped with all they need to perform tasks in both the most proficient and efficient manner possible. Proper training using the Tell, Show, Do and Review method, proper supplies and equipment to perform each task, and most importantly, we treat our employees with dignity, respect and appreciation. We believe that creating a strong family type environment not only creates trust with our clients and employees, it also further inclines already dedicated cleaning crews to perform tasks at peak levels.

 

Often times in the cleaning industry, companies try to reach "success" by offering low prices for cleaning services. In return, those companies pay their employees minimum wage. Paying minimum wage will not deliver maximum results to clients. Minimum wage delivers minimum results. At FNA we offer our employee's wages that are well above minimum wage, helping us attract great people who provide great service.
